Superintendent's Welcome

Dear Broncho Students, Parents, and Staff,
It is with great excitement that I welcome you back for the 2024 - 2025 school year!
As the proud Superintendent of Holly Area Schools, I am honored to be part of a Broncho community that is
committed to providing students with a world-class education that prepares them for future success and careers.
Our school community continues to rack up phenomenal achievements and I’m excited to announce that will
continue in the new school year. In the coming weeks, we will officially open the new Construction Trades
Center and Holly Stadium at Holly High School. Progress also continues at the Karl Richter Campus with the
construction of the new Holly Middle School. Updates and pictures will continue to be posted this year on our
district website.
The February 2024 launch of the new Strategic Plan, Holly Area Schools 2030, has also brought much
momentum. Districtwide, we are empowering all Bronchos to shape their own learning journey through
personalized meaningful, engaged learning experiences that provide real-life skills and resilience to succeed.
We also continue to make many positive strides in safety and security, infrastructure and technology, and strong
partnerships to strengthen the support for student learning and growth.
As part of this commitment, we will also be launching a new parent outreach program this year led by our
district counseling specialist and family school liaison. We value our partnership with our parents and
caregivers. It has a positive impact on student outcomes and supports a positive, nurturing learning environment
that helps all Bronchos achieve and succeed.
The new school year will also welcome new staff to our Broncho family and hallways. Please join me in
welcoming these outstanding educators to our wonderful school community.
I would like to take a moment to thank all of the Broncho staff working this summer to prepare our buildings for
the arrival of our teachers and students. Everyone from maintenance, custodial, technology, office staff and
building administration have been laser-focused and committed to preparing for the new school year.
There has truly never been a better time to be a Broncho, and I can’t wait to see our amazing Bronchos when
they return to school on Monday, August 26th. Together, we are committed to a culture of kindness,
compassion, and respect in our schools.
